Dear
leapists:
As everyone talks about AGI—about intelligence becoming more powerful and more centralized—we want to bring attention back to something even more important: The more advanced this era becomes, the more scarce human value becomes.
As long as the world keeps changing, new problems, new experiences, and new knowledge will continue to emerge. What matters is not only the stock of knowledge we already have, but the incremental value still being created.
And that incremental value cannot come only from models extrapolating old data. It must come from real human interaction with the world.
That is why, in the AI-native era, what is truly scarce is not the tools, but the people who love life, stay creative, and remain deeply engaged with reality. As tools grow stronger, replication gets easier, and building gets cheaper, the real gap between people will no longer be access to tools. It will be the ability to keep entering the real world, keep learning, keep forming new understanding, and turn that understanding into assets that can be reused and evolved.
What truly matters is the human capacity to keep creating new insight, new experience, and new assets.
We should ask again:
When tools no longer define us, can we become more creative?
Can we keep engaging with the world and turn knowledge, experience, and methods into real assets?
We do not believe the future is one where AI replaces everything and humans step aside. A more likely future is this: AI amplifies, humans create. AI replicates, humans generate. AI processes the stock, humans bring the increment.
This is not resistance to technology. It is the strongest possible response to it. Because what deserves to be amplified is not intelligence alone, but the human ability to keep creating new meaning in the world.
Love and creation will become both the way of life and the definition of value in this new era.
